At OKBM function:

• A Test Center (TC chief – V.V. Milov) accredited with the Certification Center GOST R (accreditation certificate No. ROSS.RU.0001.22.AC01 valid till March 16, 2009) and with the Certification System for equipment, products and technologies used in nuclear plants, radiation sources and storage facilities (accreditation certificate No. RU.0001.01.AE 00.52.22.0002 valid till November 16, 2007). The Test Center conducts certification tests;
• A Certification Expert Center (CEC chief – V.V. Milov) accredited with the Certification System for equipment, products and technologies used in nuclear plants, radiation sources and storage facilities (accreditation certificate No. ROSS RU.0001.01.AE 00.52.31.0003 valid till November 16, 2007). The Certification Expert Center prepares experts' reports on the possibility of issuing a certificate of conformity.

OKBM TC and CEC cooperate with the following certification authorities (SA):

• In the field of nuclear engineering – certification authority and the System Body (“Atomcertifuka” fund) in the OIT Certification System;
• In the field of general engineering – SA PROMMASH, SA “Nizhegorodcertifika”, SA “KONTSTAND”, SA “NASTKhol”, SA “TECHNONEFTEGAS”, SA “NeftCERTIFIKO”, SA RMNTK “Nefteotdacha”, etc. in the GOST R Certification Center.
