Quality Management System (QMS) Print E-mail

According to the requirements of the International ISO 9001:2000 standard the Quality Management System (QMS) was established, officially drawn up, implemented and is being maintained at JSC “Afrikantov OKBM”.

In connection with the enterprise transformation into open joint-stock company a certificate of JSC “Afrikantov OKBM” quality management system, got in April 2007, was re-drawn up in the Agency for  management systems  and personnel certification TUV Thuringen e.V. in November 2008.

The certificate registration number is 15 100 11181.

The certificate is valid till April 17, 2010.

In February 2009 the experts of the Agency for  management systems  and personnel certification  TUV Thuringen e.V. carried out the audit  of JSC “Afrikantov OKBM” quality management system. According to the results of the audit the certification agency made a decision to confirm  TUV CERT certificate action (Report on the audit No 3330/210Т/I0 of 19.02.2009).

 

The principal purpose of the quality management system is to maintain the productive functioning of the interconnected processes and procedures related to the system to achieve high quality level of manufactured products and the consumers’ contentment.

QMS covers all products developed (received), manufactured and tested at the enterprise, as well as all departments taking part in the production process or having influence on it.

Internal audits ensure the control of QMS working state.

OKBM Quality Management System is periodically analyzed at various structural levels of the enterprise in the planned time intervals.

The aim of the analysis is to estimate the QMS actual state, its compliance with the International ISO 9001:2000 standard and to elaborate a series of measures to improve the QMS effectiveness.

The analysis is carried out by:

  • Coordinating Quality Council under the director’s chairmanship
  • Standing Quality Commission under the chairmanship of the governing body commissioner – Head of Quality Service
  • Heads of departments conducting “Days of Quality”
